As a busy perimenopausal woman in her 40's, I wanted to try something that would give me an energy boost and help with tiredness. I opted for the Powerpack. The nurse helped me make this decision based on my symptoms. It was the best package I could have picked! After the treatment I slept really well and felt rested but was still lacking in energy. However, on Day 2 I didn't feel tired anymore. I felt wonderful and have maintained this feeling since.
